Flyers strives to consistently match 50% of all eligible contributions made by our team members, but in recent years we have matched, on average, 60% or more!

Time Off

We recognize the importance of getting to spend time to relax, unwind, or even just allow yourself to recover. To make sure that our team members are able to manage a healthy work/life balance, we offer paid Sick time to all team members, as well as paid Vacation and Holidays to eligible team members.
